Richard has spent over 25 years building and constructing residential and commercial properties along with electrical experience. Ten of which he held the title of the mechanical facilities manager. He has spent his career staying up to date on construction codes and OSHA standards. After being in construction, Richard decided it was time to take his trade-learned skills and problem-solving skills in a new direction.
His past experience in building and managing mechanical systems, like HVAC and plumbing, gives him the unique ability to see what the untrained eyes of the industry may miss.
